New Mangalore Port's Berth 9 Redevelopment for Liquid Bulk Cargo

The Ministry of Ports approves ₹438.29 crore redevelopment of Berth No. 9 at New Mangalore Port for liquid bulk cargo on a PPP basis.
The project will enhance capacity to 10.9 MTPA, handle vessels up to 200,000 DWT, and includes a 30-year concession period.
The redeveloped berth will feature modern infrastructure, including marine unloading arms and automated systems for liquid bulk cargo.
