The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature on its Rajmargyatra mobile application as part of its initiative to improve user experience at national highway toll plazas. This feature enables highway users to share their toll plaza experiences directly through the app, supporting NHAI's efforts to make national highway journeys safer, smoother, and more convenient.
The feedback mechanism operates through two primary channels: annual pass users automatically receive notifications from the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a national highway toll plaza, inviting them to share their experience, while all users can access the 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature directly through the menu section of the app to submit feedback on any toll plaza. Users can rate their experience on a scale, select options relevant to their journey, and add optional remarks to provide detailed feedback.
This initiative strengthens citizen participation in infrastructure quality improvement and provides NHAI with a direct channel to monitor areas requiring service enhancements at toll plazas across the national highway network. The authority actively encourages national highway users to utilize this feature to help address user concerns and improve service delivery at toll plazas.
