Prime Minister inaugurated Noida International Airport Phase I, a ₹11,200 crore project enhancing regional connectivity and economic growth in western Uttar Pradesh.
The airport will boost multi-modal logistics, benefiting farmers and SMEs, and create youth opportunities in aviation and related sectors.
Government is expanding aviation with 100 new airports and 200 helipads under UDAN, and an MRO facility to reduce overseas maintenance.
