Overview

Transwestern Pipeline, a subsidiary of Energy Transfer LP, announced via a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) filing that the Green Chile Project pipeline, intended to supply Oracle Corp.'s new AI and data‑center facility in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, will now enter service on 1 February 2027, instead of the previously scheduled 15 August.

Project Capacity

The pipeline is designed to deliver up to 400,000 million dekatherms per day of firm transportation capacity to the Oracle facility.

Regulatory Timeline

Transwestern submitted the project for FERC approval on 29 January 2026 under a prior‑notice request, in response to a FERC data request dated 11 August 2026. The filing seeks authorization to construct, install, own, maintain and operate the pipeline under Transwestern’s blanket certificate.
