Pankaj Capfin Sells 11.86% Stake Off-Market

Pankaj Capfin Private Limited, a promoter group entity, sold its entire individual holding of 657,617 shares (11.86%) in Pankaj Polymers Limited via off-market SPA on 30 March 2026.
Post-transaction, the promoter group's (with PAC) shareholding declined from 58.15% to 46.29%, comprising 2,566,010 shares.
The transaction value was disclosed at ₹13,152,340 (approximately ₹1.32 crore), executed as an off-market deal under a Share Purchase Agreement on BSE.
