Pankaj Desai Acquires 31.04% Desco Infratech via Gift

Pankaj Pruthu Desai acquired 23.82 lakh shares (31.04% stake) in Desco Infratech via an off-market gift from his mother, Indiraben Desai.
The transaction, executed on 07.04.2026, is an inter-se promoter transfer exempt from an open offer under SEBI SAST Regulation 10(1)(a)(i).
A report was filed with SEBI and BSE SME, accompanied by a fee of ₹1.77 lakhs, to comply with Regulations 10(5), 10(6), and 10(7).
Pankaj Desai's holding increased from 0.20% to 31.24%, while the total paid-up capital of the company remained unchanged at ₹7.68 crore.
