Education infrastructure expansion was detailed: over 650 new universities, approximately 14,000 new colleges, more than 4,000 new ITIs, 9 new IIMs, 7 new IITs, and 13 new AIIMS established in the last 12 years. MBBS seats have increased to around 140,000 across 823 medical colleges. The National Education Policy was highlighted as preparing youth for 21st-century needs, with over 14,000 PM SHRI schools and 10,000 Atal Tinkering Labs developed to foster innovation and scientific temperament.
The PM urged environmental pledges, water conservation, and promotion of local industries including Mysuru's silk, sandalwood, and handicrafts. The Kannada translation of Valmiki Ramayana was released, with an appeal to deepen engagement with Kannada literature.
