Ponni Sugars Promoter Acquires 20% in Two Firms

Time Square Investments Private Limited (TSIPL), one of the Promoters of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd, has acquired more than 20% of the equity shares of two investment firms:

• Dhanashree Investments Private Limited (DIPL)
• Ultra Investments and Leasing Company Private Limited (UILCPL)

Current Shareholding in Ponni Sugars

As of the disclosure date:

• DIPL holds 9,831 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each
• UILCPL holds 1,675 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each

Regulatory Impact

Due to TSIPL acquiring more than 20% equity in both DIPL and UILCPL, these two entities will be included as part of the Promoter Group of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd in the shareholding pattern to be submitted for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, under relevant SEBI Regulations.
