The Office of the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Delhi, successfully conducted a Pension Adalat for the first quarter of FY 2026-27 on June 23, 2026. The event was chaired by Shri Rajat Tripathi, Joint CCA (Pension), along with Shri Shyam Lal Das, Assistant CCA (Pension).
The Pension Adalat provided a platform for addressing pension-related grievances of pensioners and family pensioners from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL), Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). Specific issues addressed included pension payment, commutation, pension authorization, revision of pensions, family pension matters, and other pension benefits.
Several cases were resolved during the proceedings, while the remaining cases were taken up for expeditious action. The Office of Principal CCA Delhi expressed its commitment to providing timely and efficient service to pensioners and announced plans to continue holding such events in the near future for the welfare of pensioners.
