The Office of Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Delhi, successfully conducted a Pension Adalat for the first quarter of FY 2026-27. The event was chaired by Shri Rajat Tripathi, Joint CCA (Pension), along with Shri Shyam Lal Das, Assistant CCA (Pension). The adalat provided a platform to address pension-related grievances of pensioners and family pensioners from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL), Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
Specific issues examined during the proceedings included pension authorization, pension revision, family pension matters, pension payment, and commutation of pension benefits. Several cases were resolved during the adalat proceedings itself, while the remaining cases have been taken up for expeditious action. The Office of Principal CCA Delhi has expressed its commitment to providing timely and efficient service to pensioners and stated that it will continue to hold such events in the near future for the welfare of pensioners.
