President of India Droupadi Murmu will serve as Chief Guest at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Combined Convocation 2026 on August 31, 2026, in New Delhi. The event will bring together graduating students from all 18 NIFT campuses across India to celebrate the conferment of their degrees. Union Minister for Textiles Giriraj Singh will also attend the ceremony along with Board of Governors members, senior officials, faculty, and students.
The convocation will recognize academic excellence, creativity, dedication, and achievements of graduating students. Outstanding students from each program across campuses who achieved the highest CGPA will receive gold medals. Following the combined convocation, campus-wise Degree Distribution Ceremonies will be held where students will formally receive their degrees.
