The Office of the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Delhi organized a yoga session on June 21, 2026, to observe the 12th International Day of Yoga. The event was conducted in alignment with the national theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing" and was graced by Dr. Shikha Mathur Verma, Additional CGCA, as Chief Guest. Ms. Pratima Verma, Yoga Trainer from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, led the session which included warm-up exercises, standing and seated postures, forward and backward bends, and concluded with relaxation techniques.

Dr. Verma highlighted during the program that regular practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation can strengthen the body, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
