Prosus to sell €270mn Delivery Hero stake to Uber

Prosus agreed to sell its 4.5% holding in Delivery Hero, amounting to 13.58 million shares for €270 million.
The shares are priced at €20 each, representing a roughly 22% premium to the one‑month VWAP as of 16 April.
The disposal fulfills Prosus’s EU‑Commission‑mandated requirement to reduce its stake after the €4.1 bn Just Eat Takeaway.com takeover.
Uber’s purchase lifts its total holding in Delivery Hero to about 7%, as it expands its food‑delivery business in Europe.
