PVSL Promoter Buys 41,000 Shares via Open Market

Kuttukaran Homes LLP, a promoter group entity of PVSL, acquired 41,000 equity shares on 27th March 2026 via open market purchases.
The acquisition was executed in two tranches of 20,500 shares each on NSE and BSE, for a combined consideration of approximately ₹39.40 lakh.
Post-acquisition, Kuttukaran Homes LLP's holding in PVSL increased from 0.12% (85,446 shares) to 0.17% (1,26,446 shares).
Disclosures were filed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Takeover Code and Regulation 7(2) of SEBI PIT Regulations on 30th March 2026.
