The Reserve Bank of India has initiated the 50th round of its quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey (SIOS) covering the reference period July‑September 2026, designated as Q2:2026‑27. The survey aims to assess the business situation of selected companies in the services and infrastructure sectors for the current quarter and to capture their expectations for the next quarter (Q3:2026‑27). It also gathers outlook information for the subsequent two quarters, namely Q4:2026‑27 and Q1:2027‑28, focusing on qualitative indicators such as demand conditions, financial conditions, employment conditions, and price situation.

M/s Genesis Management & Market Research Pvt. Ltd has been authorised by the RBI to conduct the survey on its behalf. While the agency will approach a pre‑selected set of companies, the RBI encourages all other companies operating in the services and infrastructure sectors to participate. Interested firms can download the survey questionnaire from the RBI website under the ‘Survey’ sub‑section and submit the duly authenticated questionnaire via the email address provided in the questionnaire document.

The RBI will publish the survey findings in summary form on its website, ensuring that the identity of respondents remains confidential.
