RBI has launched its annual survey on Computer Software and ITES/BPO export entities for FY 2025‑26.
Survey schedule must be filled by all software and ITES/BPO exporting entities; due date for submission is July 15 2026.
Survey schedule available in Hindi and English Excel formats via RBI website under ‘Regulatory Reporting → List of Returns → ITES – Survey Schedule’ and under ‘Forms → Survey’.
Submissions can be made via email to surveysoftex@rbi.org.in or through the Centralised Information Management System (CIMS) portal (no‑reply‑cims@rbi.org.in). A self‑registration link (https://cims.rbi.org.in/#/login?responders) is provided for new users.
The CIMS portal provides web‑based entry with built‑in data‑consistency checks, automated email acknowledgement, and will replace the existing Excel‑based reporting system from the next survey round.

Responses are to be sent in Excel format to the above email address or uploaded via CIMS after login.
The aggregated results will be published in the public domain and used in compiling India’s external sector statistics.
