The Reserve Bank of India announced the outcomes of a full auction of four government securities: 6.20% Government Securities due 2029, 6.57% Government Securities due 2033, 7.63% Government Securities due 2056, and 7.50% Government of India State Government Bond due 2056. The notified amount for each issue was ₹9,000 crore, ₹12,000 crore, ₹9,000 crore and ₹3,000 crore respectively, totaling ₹33,000 crore.

Competitive bids were received from 447 bidders, comprising 92 bids for the 2029 issue, 141 for the 2033 issue, 150 for the 2056 GS, and 54 for the 2056 SGrB. The aggregate competitive bid amount was ₹20,570.000 crore, ₹29,756.140 crore, ₹21,408.430 crore and ₹5,964.000 crore, amounting to a total of ₹77,698.57 crore. The cut‑off prices were ₹98.53, ₹96.79, ₹99.30 and ₹98.20 per ₹100 face value, corresponding to yields to maturity of 6.7688%, 7.1680%, 7.6895% and 7.6539% respectively.

Competitive bids accepted were 39, 55, 61 and 16 bids for the four issues, with accepted amounts of ₹8,997.070 crore, ₹11,947.926 crore, ₹8,992.378 crore and ₹2,999.102 crore. The partial allotment percentages of the competitive bids were 80.5175% (three bids) for the 2029 issue, 19.8193% (eight bids) for the 2033 issue, 10.8008% (seven bids) for the 2056 GS, and 58.3052% (two bids) for the 2056 SGrB.

Weighted average prices were ₹98.61, ₹96.84, ₹99.37 and ₹98.35, yielding weighted average yields of 6.7374%, 7.1584%, 7.6835% and 7.6408% respectively.

Non‑competitive bids were received and accepted in full: three bids of ₹2.930 crore for the 2029 issue, four bids of ₹52.074 crore for the 2033 issue, three bids of ₹7.622 crore for the 2056 GS, and two bids of ₹0.898 crore for the 2056 SGrB, totaling ₹63.524 crore.

The underwriting amount matched the notified amount for each issue, with primary dealers underwriting ₹9,000 crore, ₹12,000 crore, ₹9,000 crore and ₹3,000 crore respectively. No devolvement on primary dealers was reported.

The auction results indicate robust demand for government securities across varying maturities, with yields reflecting market expectations for interest rates and fiscal financing.
