RMC Switchgears Pledges Subsidiary Shares for ₹1.36Cr Loan

RMC Switchgears Limited pledged its 51% stake in subsidiary Intelligent Hydel Solutions Private Limited to secure a ₹1,35,91,500 loan from Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited.
The Loan Cum Share Pledge Agreement was executed and approved by the Board of Directors on March 31, 2026.
Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited holds 49% in IHSPL but is not a related party to RMC Switchgears' promoter or promoter group.
The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013 or SEBI LODR Regulations.
