41,90,080 equity shares (13.16%) of S&T Corporation were transmitted from Late Shri Surendra Savai to his son, promoter Mr. Ajay Surendra Savai, on March 9, 2026.
Post-transmission, Mr. Ajay Surendra Savai's holding increased from 11.56% (36,79,988 shares) to 24.72% (78,70,068 shares) of paid-up capital.
