Dr. Sandeep Marwah, media personality, founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University, received a special appreciation from Councillor Sameer Pandey at a distinguished gathering in Sydney, Australia.
The appreciation recognized Marwah’s four‑decade contribution to uplifting communities and promoting education, media, entertainment, art, culture and spirituality worldwide, and his role in building bridges of love, peace, unity and international cooperation through creative arts.
Councillor Sameer Pandey highlighted Marwah’s efforts in empowering youth, supporting artists, strengthening Indo‑Australian relations and promoting Indian culture and values internationally through media and education.
The ceremony noted Marwah’s historic achievement as the first Lord Mayor of Indian origin in Australia, elected to lead the City of Parramatta Council in Sydney.
