Sayaji Hotels Promoter to Sell 0.16% Stake MPS

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd discloses prior intimation of promoter share sale to restore Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) compliance.
Mrs. Anisha Raoof Dhanani (Promoter) intends to sell 0.16% of total paid-up share capital in the open market by 30th March 2026.
Promoter holding exceeded permissible limits following an Open Offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its PACs.
All other promoter group members have undertaken not to purchase shares during the sale period, per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/CIR/2023/18.
