Sayaji Hotels Promoter to Sell 0.72% Stake for MPS

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd discloses prior intimation of promoter group share sale to restore Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS).
MP Entertainment and Developers Pvt Ltd to sell 22,000 equity shares (0.72% of paid-up capital) by 30th March 2026.
Promoter shareholding exceeded permissible limits following an Open Offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its PACs.
All other promoter group entities have undertaken not to purchase shares during the proposed sale period, as required by SEBI circular.
