Shanta Agencies Pvt Ltd filed a SEBI SAST Reg. 29(1) disclosure reporting disposal of 198,387,617 equity shares (3.16%) in Alstone Textiles (India) Ltd.
Sales were executed across 8 on-market tranches between 10 February 2026 and 27 March 2026, reducing holding from 5.23% to 2.07%.
Post-disposal, Shanta Agencies retains 129,612,383 shares (2.07%) in Alstone Textiles, whose total equity capital stands at 6,274,800,000 shares of ₹1 each.
