Shivalik Bimetal Controls received a request from Solan Developers Private Limited for reclassification from promoter to public category.
The request, dated 11th May 2026, will be reviewed by the Board in an upcoming meeting as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
Solan Developers currently holds zero shares in the company and seeks to change its classification status.
