Overview

SIAL Guangzhou 2026, South China's leading international food trade platform, will take place from 3–5 September 2026 at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo, expanding its footprint to four exhibition halls in response to rising demand from food professionals.

Exhibition Scale

The show will host more than 1,500 exhibitors covering 15 food and beverage sectors, presenting over 100,000 individual products that span categories such as snacks, beverages, dairy, bakery, frozen foods, ingredients, health foods, convenience foods and emerging food innovations.
