On 22 June 2026, block and bulk transactions involving six listed companies across fintech, marine infrastructure, steel, apparel, digital governance and renewable energy amounted to roughly ₹415 crore.
Pine Labs Ltd – Fintech firm with a market capitalisation of ₹17,528 crore; shares closed at ₹153, up 0.23 %. Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings Limited sold 98.28 lakh shares at an average price of ₹154.25, generating a transaction value of approximately ₹151.61 crore.
Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd – Marine‑infrastructure company valued at ₹5,392 crore; shares closed at ₹2,206, up 6.31 %. Dinesh Mohanlal Kewalramani disposed of 1.67 lakh shares worth about ₹32.77 crore, while Kanak Sujay Kewalramani off‑loaded 3.45 lakh shares for roughly ₹67.71 crore. SBI Funds Management Limited bought 4 lakh shares for nearly ₹78.53 crore.
