Key Details

The company has sent individual reminder letters to shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for seven or more consecutive years. The shares corresponding to these unclaimed dividends are now liable for transfer to the IEPF Account as mandated under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.

Shareholder Action Required & Deadline

Shareholders must claim their outstanding dividends by first ensuring the registration of correct bank details, including core banking account number and IFSC/MICR code, with their Depository Participant (for demat holdings) or with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), M/s Aarthi Consultants Private Limited (for physical holdings).

The complete claim, along with the required documents, must be submitted on or before 06th November 2026.

Document Requirements for Claim

  • For Demat Holdings: A copy of the Demat Account Statement (Client master list) showing the shareholder's name, address, and registered demat and bank account details, along with a cancelled cheque leaf.
  • For Physical Holdings: Duly filled Investor Service Request Forms ISR-1, ISR-2, and Form No. SH-13 (Nomination Form), along with self-attested copies of PAN and address proof (Aadhar/Passport/Driving license), an original cancelled cheque, and contact details including an email ID.

Consequences of Non-Claim

If dividends are not claimed by the deadline of 06th November 2026, the company will initiate the process to transfer the corresponding shares to the IEPF without further notice.

  • For physical shares, new share certificates will be issued in the name of IEPF, and the original certificates held by the shareholder will be deemed cancelled.
  • For demat shares, the company will instruct the depository to transfer the shares to the IEPF via a corporate action.

Once transferred to the IEPF, no claim shall lie against the company. Shareholders must then claim their shares and dividends directly from the IEPF authority by submitting an online application in the prescribed Form IEPF-5 on www.iepf.gov.in and sending a physical copy to the company.
