  • Leeladevi Jain (Promoter Group) - holds 0 equity shares representing 0% of equity share capital

Each requestor has provided certifications confirming they:

  • Do not hold more than 10% of total voting rights in the company
  • Do not exercise control over the company's affairs directly or indirectly
  • Have no special rights through formal or informal arrangements including shareholder agreements
  • Are not represented on the board of directors and have no nominee directors
  • Are not acting as key managerial persons in the company
  • Are not wilful defaulters as per RBI guidelines
  • Are not fugitive economic offenders
  • Have no pending regulatory actions against them

The requestors have committed to continue complying with conditions (i), (ii) and (iii) of Regulation 31A(3)(b) at all times post-reclassification, and conditions (iv) and (v) for at least three years from the date of reclassification. They have also confirmed no violations of SEBI Circular No. SEBIHO/MRD/DSA/CIR/P/2017/92 dated August 1, 2017 or Regulation 34 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.

The company has stated it will take necessary steps in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations and has enclosed copies of all request letters with this disclosure.
