The OFS, scheduled for April 21-22, 2026, aims to achieve minimum public shareholding compliance with a floor price of ₹66 per share.
Allocation includes a 25% reservation for Mutual Funds/Insurance Companies and a 10% reservation for Retail Investors bidding up to ₹2 lakh.
