String Metaverse Promoters Sell 3.27% via OFS

Spacenet Enterprises and other String Metaverse promoter group members announce an Offer for Sale of 38.1 lakh shares (3.27% stake) to achieve minimum public shareholding.
The OFS has a floor price of ₹66 per share and will occur on BSE on April 21-22, 2026, with separate windows for non-retail and retail investors.
A minimum of 25% of the offer is reserved for Mutual Funds and Insurance Companies, and 10% is reserved for Retail Investors bidding for shares up to ₹200,000 in value.
The sellers reserve the right to cancel the offer if insufficient demand is received at or above the floor price on the first day of bidding.
