Sugee Group announced the launch of Sugee Lake District, a 52‑acre waterfront mixed‑use development in Thane West, opposite Korum Mall near Cadbury Junction on the Eastern Express Highway. The project marks Sugee Group’s first foray into the Thane commercial‑real‑estate market.

Design and Engineering
Architect Hafeez Contractor (Padma Bhushan awardee) leads the architectural design, with Sterling acting as structural consultant and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill providing peer review. The first commercial landmark will be a ground‑plus‑45‑storey tower offering office units ranging from approximately 800 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft, with the ability to combine adjoining units. Typical floor plates are about 46,000 sq ft. The tower will be served by 46 high‑speed elevators plus dedicated service elevators.
