Sujala Investments Private Limited, a promoter group entity, acquired 53,300 equity shares of Rain Industries Limited on March 25, 2026.
The acquisition was made from the open market on NSE at a total transaction value of ₹58.71 lakh.
Post-acquisition, Sujala Investments' shareholding in Rain Industries increased from 11.27% to 11.29%.
