Tasveer Leads South Asian Panel at Cannes 2026

Tasveer will host the sole official South Asian panel at Cannes Marché du Film on May 19, 2026, titled “Reimagining Global Pathways and Financing for Stories That Travel”.
The panel, moderated by Rita Meher, features Google’s Arathi Sethumadhavan, South Stack Studios’ Anjana Gopakumar, producer Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Parrot Analytics’ Jaime Otero.
Sponsored by Google and Shivam Gupta Casting, the session will discuss international co‑production, financing, distribution and AI’s impact on South Asian cinema.
Tasveer, a Seattle‑based non‑profit, aims to amplify South Asian storytelling globally through festivals, grants, mentorship and market access.
