Promoter Status Change

Pursuant to this offer, the acquirers shall become the promoters of TMT (India) Limited. The existing promoter and promoter group shall cease to be classified as such and shall be reclassified as public category shareholders in accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
