UFO Moviez effected reclassification of 5.87% stake from Promoter/Promoter Group to Public category on April 20, 2026.
Apollo Green Energy Limited (5.84%) and Mr. Raaja Kanwar (0.03%) were reclassified as public shareholders.
The reclassification was confirmed by the Registrar KFin Technologies and follows member approval via Postal Ballot on April 17, 2026.
