China's Commerce Minister Wang Wentao met Mercedes-Benz chairman Ola Kaellenius, urging him to lobby the EU to revise trade restrictions.
Wang also met Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury, asking the aircraft maker to promote broader growth and encourage EU dialogue on trade differences.
The minister said EU protectionist trade rules have harmed China‑EU economic ties and called for constructive, win‑win cooperation.
