Post-disposal, Westend Developers' holding reduced from 9.66% (3,38,000 shares) to 4.83% (1,69,000 shares) in the company.
Total equity capital of Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills remains unchanged at Rs. 3,49,92,700 comprising 34,99,270 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
