Peak XV Partners exited its 7.89% stake in One MobiKwik, selling 62.15 lakh shares for ₹133.01 crore at ₹214.01 each.
Wheels India posted 9% revenue growth to ₹1,280 crore, 8.3% operating profit rise to ₹91 crore, and 14.2% net profit increase to ₹32 crore.
One MobiKwik turned to profit with operating profit ₹6.70 crore and net profit ₹4.05 crore, after prior losses, and revenue rose 7% to ₹289 crore.
