Wires and Fabriks (S.A.) Limited has received request letters dated 12th May, 2026 from three members of the Promoter Group - Mrs Divisha Khaitan Kedia, Mrs Pranika Khaitan Rawat, and Mrs Varshita Khaitan Ruia - seeking reclassification from the "Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category. The company received these requests on 20th May, 2026 and already forwarded copies to the exchange on 21st May, 2026.
The matter was placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 28th May, 2026. The directors analyzed the request and formed the opinion to accept the reclassification proposal. The Board decided to move a formal application to the stock exchanges seeking their no-objection for effecting the request in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The company will file the formal application seeking no-objection from the stock exchanges for this reclassification request along with the views of the board of directors within the stipulated time frame.
