GK Energy Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years
GK Energy Limited's Board approved the appointment of CS Avanti Rajwade as Secretarial Auditor.
The appointment is for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval.
