ITV sells Media Division to Sky £1.6bn
ITV agreed to sell its media and entertainment division to Comcast’s Sky for £1.6 billion, comprising £1.2 bn cash and up to £200 mn earn‑out.
The deal also transfers Love Productions, creator of “The
