Itochu Corp proposed buying all non‑Dentsu Inc shares of Dentsu Soken at ¥2,880 per share, a 5% premium. The deal values about ¥250 billion ($1.56 bn), giving Itochu a 38.2% stake while Dentsu Inc kee
