Haldia Municipality Appeal Dismissed, Encroachment Order Upheld
The Calcutta High Court dismissed Haldia Municipality’s appeal, affirming the May 18, 2026 order to remove unauthorized PWD land encroachment.
The court held Section 3 of the Government Buildings Act,
