ACME Solar Commissions 52.32MW BESS Phase-II

Project Commissioning Details

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL) through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited has commissioned Phase-II of the BESS component on September 17, 2026. The commissioned capacity comprises 52.32 MW / 209.28 MWh out of the total project capacity of 300 MW / 1200 MWh (Discharge Capacity) of the FDRE Project.

Location Details

The project is located at Village: Kelan, Tehsil: Chhatargarh, District: Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Commercial Operation Date

The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the commissioned Phase-II capacity is scheduled for September 19, 2026.

Cumulative Commissioned Capacity

With this commissioning, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited has achieved a total commissioned capacity of 105.95 MW / 423.80 MWh of the BESS component.

Project Agreements and Financing

The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for this project has been signed with SJVN Limited. The project has long-term project financing from REC.

Future Commissioning Timeline

ACME Solar expects to commission the entire BESS capacity for this project by Q3 of the current fiscal year (FY2027).
