Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited of the commercial operationalization of new projects by its various step-down subsidiaries.

The company has commissioned:

  • An aggregate 1,990 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects located at Khavda, Gujarat. The projects are held by the following Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs):
  • Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Six Limited: 642 MWh capacity
  • Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Seven Limited: 1,042 MWh capacity
  • Adani Renewable Energy Forty Three Limited: 306 MWh capacity
  • A 50 MW solar energy project located at Khavda, Gujarat. The project is held by the following SPV:
  • Adani Green Energy Twenty Four Limited: 50 MW capacity

With the commissioning of these projects, AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity has reached 19,785.8 MW. Furthermore, the company's total operational Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity now stands at 3,366 MWh.

The decision to commercially operationalize these plants was made at 9:30 p.m. on May 25, 2026, based on receiving the relevant clearances. The operationalization is effective from May 26, 2026.
