FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited has successfully completed the transaction to increase its shareholding in Earth Rhythm Private Limited, its subsidiary. The company acquired an additional 24.2% equity shareholding in Earth Rhythm, following Board approval received on May 21, 2026.

All necessary transaction and procedural documents have been executed for the shareholding increase. The corresponding equity shares have been duly credited to the Company's demat account.
