The State Expert Appraisal Committee-3 (SEAC-3), Maharashtra, under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEF & CC) has accorded a fresh environment clearance to Godawari New Energy Private Limited. The clearance was granted vide the 299th Minutes of Meeting received by the company on 05.10.2026.

The clearance is for construction of Industrial Building by Godawari New Energy Private Limited for setting up of Battery Energy Storage System of 20 Gwh Capacity at AURIC, Bidkin Industrial Area, District Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
