Replus Engitech Private Limited, a subsidiary of HEG Advanced Materials Limited, has received purchase orders from Indus Towers Limited (formerly Bharti Infratel Limited) for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks.

Revision Purpose
The revised disclosure specifically rectifies the omission of the word "Crore" after "Rs. 217.56" in Serial No. 7 of the original Annexure A submitted on September 18, 2026.
