This special window has been opened in compliance with SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

The special window will be open for a period of one year from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 to facilitate investors to get rightful access to their securities for physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019.

While lodging the transfer request with the RTA, shareholders must have a demat account and provide Client Master List (CML) along with transfer documents and share certificates. Transferred shares will only be issued in demat form once all documents are found in order by the RTA.
