Core Technologies and Quality Metrics
The line covers hot‑pressing, tab‑folding inspection, X‑ray alignment and foreign‑object detection, cell pairing, ultrasonic and laser welding, and helium‑leak testing, achieving ISO Class 5 cleanliness at critical stations. High‑power ultrasonic welding enables single‑pass formation of extra‑large welds, eliminating tab‑tearing risks. An anti‑tab‑tearing process is applied across welding, taping and folding. High‑precision tab forming prevents internal interference, enhancing safety. Optimised lid‑to‑can welding delivers a first‑pass welding yield of at least 99.5 % and a final production yield exceeding 99.9 %.
